The Farm Operations Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of WinStar's 2500 acres of land, 100 buildings, farm equipment and vehicles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with farm maintenance, pasture care, long-term planning, and budgeting. This position reports directly to the General Manager and leads a team of 15 employees.
Will require some evenings and weekends, providing competitive pay and benefits, housing, vehicle, profit sharing and 401k.

About the NSA:
The National Steeplechase Association (NSA) is the governing and regulatory body for steeplechase racing in the United States. The NSA is responsible for the creation and enforcement of the Rules of Racing, and is committed to promoting and growing the sport both nationally and internationally.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Racing Secretary plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of steeplechase racing operations in America. The role involves both office-based responsibilities and regular travel to race meets to ensure the integrity and smooth functioning of steeplechase events. This position reports directly to the NSA Director of Racing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends during race seasons.
• Passion for horse racing and commitment to improving and growing the sport.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $80,000-$90,000 (commensurate with education and experience)
• Benefits Package: Contribution toward health insurance, paid time off, and other standard benefits
• 401(k): Employer contribution provided
